✅ Acceptance of the Offer
[ ] I have read and fully accept the terms of this Public Offer.
- This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and defines the terms and conditions for the provision of online educational services by Alexandrova Olga, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider.”
- Acceptance of the offer (agreement to the terms of this Agreement) is carried out by the User through registration on the website, payment, or beginning to use the course materials on the website artshistorybox.com.
- User – any individual who has accepted the terms of this Agreement and paid for the course.
2. Subject of the Agreement
- The Provider undertakes to grant the User access to the online course "Art&History in one box", which includes video lectures and additional text materials.
- The User undertakes to pay for the course and to use the materials solely for personal learning purposes, without distributing them to third parties.
3. Price and Payment Procedure
Course prices:
- Course of 3 lessons – 12 video lectures – $45
- 1 lesson – 4 video lectures – $16
- Language course of 2 lessons in history in two selected languages – 2 videos + lesson text – $23
- Language course of 6 lessons in history in two selected languages – 6 videos + lesson texts – $65
- Online via bank card or electronic payment systems.
- After payment, the User receives lifetime access to the course materials.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider undertakes to:
- Provide full access to the course materials.
- Ensure the possibility of feedback on course-related questions.
6.The User undertakes to:
- Use the materials solely for personal learning.
- Not distribute or copy the course materials. The course includes original content, as well as photo, video, and music content under paid licenses.
- Comply with the website rules and the terms of this Agreement.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are possible only in cases provided for by consumer protection legislation.
- Refunds are not possible after access to the course materials has been granted.
8. Liability of the Parties
- The Provider is not responsible for the User’s learning results or the subsequent application of acquired knowledge.
- Both parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.
9. Personal Data
- The User consents to the processing of their personal data (full name, e-mail, payment information) for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.
- Data is processed in accordance with Israeli data protection laws.
10. Other Terms
- All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in court in accordance with the laws of Israel.
- This Agreement enters into force upon the User’s acceptance.
- The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement by publishing updates on the website. Continued use of the course after changes implies the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.
