- Online via bank card or electronic payment systems.
- After payment, the User receives lifetime access to the course materials.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider undertakes to:
- Provide full access to the course materials.
- Ensure the possibility of feedback on course-related questions.
6.The User undertakes to:
- Use the materials solely for personal learning.
- Not distribute or copy the course materials. The course includes original content, as well as photo, video, and music content under paid licenses.
- Comply with the website rules and the terms of this Agreement.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are possible only in cases provided for by consumer protection legislation.
- Refunds are not possible after access to the course materials has been granted.
8. Liability of the Parties
- The Provider is not responsible for the User’s learning results or the subsequent application of acquired knowledge.
- Both parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.
9. Personal Data
- The User consents to the processing of their personal data (full name, e-mail, payment information) for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.
- Data is processed in accordance with Israeli data protection laws.
10. Other Terms
- All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in court in accordance with the laws of Israel.
- This Agreement enters into force upon the User’s acceptance.
- The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement by publishing updates on the website. Continued use of the course after changes implies the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.
